I had an amazing experience with Samantha Penny. She helped me navigate my loan process. I’m new to this experience and needed help. She went above and beyond answering my emails in a very timely manner answering all my questions, keeping me updated on the situation, and giving me good advice. Every interaction I had with her was professional, educational, and personably she was very nice. I think she is not just a really good person but an amazing employee

I recently worked with Sandra Vallecillo, loan officer. She was such a pleasure to work with. Sandra was very prompt and thorough. I was able to complete the entire process online which was a huge bonus due to the fact that I live a long distance from Fort Worth. She was quick to respond to any questions thru email and made the process so easy which was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend working with Sandra.

We have been customers with FWCCU since it opened. And we have always gotten a small loan same time every year and paid off within months. Same every year. This year we were but successful due to their “new” policy. Very disappointed and seriously thinking switching banks. We got no help from anybody as to why.

Jessica was great to work with. After getting pre-approved and then negotiating with the dealer on price for the vehicle, which Jessica helped with by giving me values for my trade, the paperwork was easy. It made, what can be a lengthy time at the dealership, a few hours ordeal.

I opened an account for my non-profit yesterday. It was the easiest account set up I have ever done. I sent in all of my paperwork and signed it online. Then went to pick up my debit card the next day. So, so easy! Super impressed. I worked directly with Olga and her co-worker (Sorry I don't remember the co-workers name) both of them were friendly, pleasant and eager to help me. I could not be more impressed. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!!
